Growing up, Dr. Tyler May lived on a cattle ranch in Southwest Wyoming. It was these early days on the farm that taught him the value of hard work. After high school, Dr. May served a 2-year mission for his church in the Philippines (where he also learned how to speak Tagalog).
After his medical and residency training at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Tyler May worked for Kaiser South Bay. It was while living in Harbor City, California, that he and his family developed a love for living in the Golden State.
Recently, Dr. May decided to join his long time friend and colleague Dr. Florek in his private practice venture.
We are pleased to have Dr. May and his family join the Canyon Oaks Foot and Ankle team. We know our patients are in great hands with his broad podiatric knowledge and great surgical experience. His congenial disposition and genuine concern for his patient welfare are second to none.
