During the winter months, wool socks are a great choice. If you plan to be out all day, take an extra pair you can have on hand. If necessary, you can purchase moisture-wicking socks from sporting good stores. 

Make Good Use of AntiFungal Powders

Antifungal powders are a great option to keep your feet dry and odorless. Excessive sweating on your feet puts you at a higher risk of fungal infections. 

Some have found it effective to apply a light coating of cornstarch to their feet. However, it’s important to note that cornstarch does not have fungus fighting properties. 

Use Antiperspirant 

Our feet contain more sweat glands than any other part of our body. With this in mind, you should use antiperspirant deodorant on your feet. It works by temporarily blocking the sweat glands in your feet. Apply the antiperspirant on dry feet at night, and wash off in the morning. 

Choose Shoes That Allow Your Feet To Breathe

When shoe shopping, choose shoes that will allow your feet to breathe. Buy shoes that have breathable fabrics like canvas or leather. Plastic shoes that have a poor airflow should be avoided, as they will trap sweat inside your shoe.
